Bridging Spend Management with Real-Time Compliance

Dice’s enterprise clients operate across large and diverse vendor ecosystems, processing high volumes of transactions and payouts daily. However, managing this scale introduced significant operational complexity.

Finance teams were burdened with manual verification of vendor identities, often switching between internal systems and multiple government portals to validate PAN, GSTIN, and corporate records. These fragmented workflows led to onboarding delays, increased risk of data entry errors, and inefficiencies in vendor management.

At the same time, the absence of real-time integration with tax systems made it difficult to reconcile expenses and accurately track Input Tax Credit (ITC). Ensuring compliance through manual processes became a major bottleneck, limiting scalability and financial clarity.

SOLUTION

Building a Unified Trust Layer with Sandbox APIs

To overcome these challenges, Dice integrated Sandbox’s KYC and GST API stack directly into its platform, creating a seamless, automated “Trust Layer” for business verification and compliance.

During onboarding, APIs such as Search GSTIN, PAN Verification, and MCA enabled instant validation of vendor identities and business credentials. The Bank Account Verification API ensured payout details were accurate from the start, reducing onboarding friction and minimizing errors.

Beyond onboarding, Dice integrated E-invoicing and GST data APIs to connect spend management with compliance workflows. Finance teams could now generate Invoice Reference Numbers (IRNs) in real time and fetch historical e-invoice data, eliminating the need for manual uploads or reconciliation.

This API-first architecture created a single source of truth, where every transaction and expense was backed by verified, real-time government data.
